MedFlorida offers competitive salaries, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.The candidate must be enthusiastic about serving our patients in the community.You must be able to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting patients and visitors in person, on the telephone or answering referral inquiries.Proactively contact patients to check on their healthcare needs and address any concerns.Build and maintain positive relationships with patient through personalized communication and follow-up.Educate patient on available services, preventive care, and wellness programs we offer.Monitor patients satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements when necessary.Assist patients with inquiries related to their insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.Resolve billing and payment inquiries, providing clear explanations and options.Help patients navigate our online patient portal and provide technical support when necessary.B.Retention Strategies 1.Develop and execute patient retention strategies, including identifying difficult patient minimize complaints.2.Work closely with the marketing team to create and deliver patient engagement campaigns.3.Analyze data and patient feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in a retention effort.4.Assist the front desk staff with offering the best customer service to guarantee patient satisfaction.C.Interpersonal Relations 1.Collaborate with the office staff and healthcare providers to provide a seamless patient experience.Attend team meetings and contribute to processes of improvement discussions.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
