Job Description
Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming customer orders via email, phone, and online systems Review orders for accuracy, including product details, quantities and pricing Proactively assist customers during order receipt by confirming requirements, clarifying details, and addressing questions to ensure a smooth ordering experience Enter and manage orders in the company's order management system Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and basic inquiries Coordinate with internal teams (sales team and logistic team) and suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time Track order status and follow up on pending information or approvals Resolve basic order issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders Qualifications Previous customer service or order processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with computers, email, and order management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin is required.Fluent English is a plus.Duty time Part-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day) Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
