Overview Offroad Adventures at Durhamtown is a family owned and ran Offroad park in Union Point, GA! We have over 5,000 acres of tracks and trails.We offer cabin and rv site rentals, unit rentals, and welcome daily riders throughout the year.Offroad Adventures at Durhamtown is looking for a customer service rep in the lodge.You would be responsible for selling daily ride bands, yearly memberships, helping with lodging reservations, taking cafe orders, and being the main point of contact for everyone who visits.Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions.Assist customers with the check in and check out process for lodge reservations, selling daily ride bands to visitors, restocking drinks/snacks, and selling cafe meal tickets.Handle cash and credit card transactions.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and foster positive relationships.Qualifications Excellent communication skills Multitasking skills Weekend availability Friendly and positive attitude! Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
