ABOUT US Perfect Power Wash is the fastest-growing professional power washing company in the country--since opening our doors in 2000, we have cleaned over 350,000 residential and commercial properties and this is a perfect opportunity to join a team poised for explosive growth in 2026.As a Customer Service Representative at Perfect Power Wash, you will be interacting with customers at multiple points of contact.You will be responsible for answering calls, educating customers on our process and what it entails, resolving customer issues, and more.Throughout the season, you will have real time visibility of your performance so you can celebrate your wins and identify where the Leadership Team can help nurture your growth.Responsibilities Answer inbound Customer Service calls Return calls and emails to customers in a timely and professional fashion Filling out customer service forms to improve sales and operational processes Working with sales to ensure proper expectation-setting for customers Resolving customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction Data entry, as well as assistance with estimate and job creation in our CRM Benefits $500 sign-on bonus (after 90 days of employment) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid training Advancement opportunities Goal setting and performance-based raises Five-day work week with overtime opportunities Requirements High school diploma or GED Customer Service experience preferred but not required--we will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and target driven Ability to effectively switch tasks and take phone calls while typing Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
