Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a reputable semiconductor plant.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience through effective communication.This is onsite position in Chandler, AZ (no work from home opportunities available).Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm.Starting pay rate is $28-$35 an hour.This is a temp to hire contract , and you will be offered full company benefits at completion of contract.More info below: Duties Plays a vital role in managing the development, coordination, and submission of RFI, RFQ and RFP. This role works closely with the Proposal Manager, business development team, and technical experts to craft compelling proposals that align with client needs. Interdepartmental Collaboration for Costing Analysis. Conduct forecast analysis. NDA & New Customer setup/processing. RMA Quotation, updates and notifications. Organize and manage proposal documentation, forms, and supporting materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. Attention to detail, ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all proposal documents. Act as project manager for assigned RFPs and proposals, keeping all information and deadlines organized. Track and report opportunity outcomes by maintaining proposal database. Primary lead on the development and maintenance of all proposals. Conduct competitive analysis and track analytics to improve proposal strategies by maintaining a catalog of pursuit opportunities. Develop detailed bidding guidelines which are used to kick off proposals. Responsible for invoicing/e-invoicing of customers and processing of invoices through various accounting systems and external websites. Prepare a detailed tracking system to track purchase order values, invoiced amounts and remaining available values. Generate and process invoices with accuracy for services/products rendered. Perform other duties as assigned.
