What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative at Seaside, you will: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs Create a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every caller Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are clear Navigate multiple systems to input and manage customer information Turn frustrated or uncertain customers into confident, loyal ones Work closely with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Here Customers feel heard, cared for, and confident after speaking with you You respond quickly and follow through—every time You handle a high volume of calls without sacrificing quality You bring energy, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction You solve problems—not just route them You take ownership of your role and your results What Makes This Role Different This is not just a call center job.
