Job Description - Seasonal Part-Time Motorcycle Safety School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for our busy season on a part-time seasonable schedule from March 1st-November 2026.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, positive environment.The position primarily involves answering phones and providing accurate information to prospective and registered students.Training will be provided for approximately two weeks prior to independently assisting customers.This is a contract position and may lead to additional projects based on performance and business needs.Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to student inquiries Process registrations and payments accurately Perform data entry and maintain student records Company Description:Motorcycle Safety School has been in business for over 25years and operates 7 training locations throughout New York State.We are the largest motorcycle school in New York and train over 7,000 students a year!
