Required Skills High-Volume Call Management :Proven experience handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Active Listening & Communication :Ability to speak kindly yet assertively, avoiding excessive filler words or unnecessary holds. Data Entry & Accuracy :Strong typing skills with the ability to enter clear, concise, and accurate notes into the system in real-time. Technical Savvy :Ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and internal systems. Professionalism Under Pressure :Ability to remain composed and helpful during peak call times. Preferred Skills Swimming Pool Industry Knowledge : Strong advantage if you have prior experience or knowledge of the swimming pool industry!
