Apply online or in person at our Hudson location We are looking for 1 part time employee to work 8-12 hours per week 2 - 3 shifts Monday through Friday 3-7pm Every other Saturday 10AM - 2PM $500 New hire bonus ; first portion paid at completion of 90 days probationary period, remainder paid at 1 year anniversary JOB SUMMARY Provide exceptional customer service above all else, create relationships with our customers and make every visit to our stores a great experience! You ensure our customers always receive friendly, prompt service with a smile and show appreciation for their business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer and acting with a customer comes first attitude.Maintain a confident and friendly demeanor at all times Pay attention to and respond to customer needs and requirements for handling and cleaning of their garments.REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer Ability to learn new information and skills quickly Attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to build relationships with customers Comply with company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercing, and any unnatural hair colors.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED No previous dry cleaning experience required.Prior retail / service industry experience helpful.St Croix Cleaners is a locally owned, earth friendly dry cleaner that provides exceptional customer service, high quality, award-winning cleaning and specialty cleaning services.Learn more about St Croix Cleaners at www.stcroixcleaners.com.
