Nicole West State Farm Agent, Davenport, FL Role Description As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs while helping maintain strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. The primary focus is service and retention, with occasional opportunities to identify additional coverage needs. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Assist with policy changes, renewals, and account updates Respond to and process customer service requests Offer all products based on customers needs Meet required outbound call quotas Process payments Provide basic claims guidance and support Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow up to ensure service requests are completed Must be able to problem solve Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities when appropriate Support customer retention through excellent service Qualifications 20-44 or 220 license or willing to obtain 215 life and health license or willing to obtain Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency <
