Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our insurance office operations and provide DMV registration services.This role involves assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and completing DMV registration transactions.The ideal candidate is customer service-driven, eager to learn, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and courtesy.Answer client inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, and claims.Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing client records.Assist clients with DMV-related services, such as vehicle registration, title transfers, and renewals (training provided).Process insurance payments and assist in issuing policy documents.Ensure compliance with company policies and DMV regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required).Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative roles (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual skills (Spanish).Willingness to complete training for DMV registration services (required Job Type:Part-time Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Shift:Rotating shift Work Location:In person.
