OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.This position requires an ability to learn on the go, open to feedback, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure up-to-date customer information.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery.Conduct outbound calls as necessary for follow-ups or promotional purposes.Assist in cash handling procedures when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.Skills Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes quickly Option to move to full time position Job Type:Part-time Base Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
