Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative specializing in Swimming Pool and Spa services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to support our operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in office management and clerical support. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions related to pool and spa services, products, and maintenance Schedule appointments, service calls, and follow-up visits using calendar management tools Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information Assist with office management duties such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure smooth daily operations Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks Manage customer correspondence via email and phone with professional phone etiquette Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Organize files systematically to facilitate quick retrieval of information Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and enhance customer experience Requirements Prior experience in office management or clerical roles within a customer service environment Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated experience in handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support Knowledge of pool and spa industry terminology is a plus but not required Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Previous personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous If you are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant environment dedicated to pool and spa care, we encourage you to apply today.
