Job Description
Customer Service License (440) preferred or prior office, clerical, or customer service experience required.Excellent phone and email etiquette along with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is required.-Manage large amounts of incoming calls -Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication -Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution -Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents -Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Job Type:Full-time Pay:$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Shift:8 hour shift Work Location:In person.
