We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Nashville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, coordinating service processes, and working in a collaborative environment where quality and customer experience matter. What You’ll Do Support customers, dealers, and internal teams with service and repair inquiries Manage repair and warranty cases from intake through completion Coordinate communication between customers, technical service teams, and internal departments Validate warranty eligibility and document service activity accurately Maintain detailed records and updates within internal systems Help create a seamless, high-quality customer experience throughout the after-sales process Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide timely follow-up Assist with administrative support for the Technical Services team What We’re Looking For High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of customer service or client support experience Experience in Pro Audio, music, electronics, or technical industries is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally and diplomatically Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience is a plus Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills Why Join Us?
