Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales growth through effective team management.Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize store performance, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about retail management, employee development, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service consistently.Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment to maximize efficiency.Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.Oversee employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives.Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.Supervise cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and payroll processing.Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage purchasing decisions, and oversee inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies.Implement marketing strategies within the store to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations across all store activities.Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments effectively.Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on customer service excellence.Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of leading teams successfully in fast-paced settings.Strong background in retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales management.Skilled in inventory management, stock control, merchandising, and POS systems operation.Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new staff members, and conducting employee training sessions.Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.Familiarity with cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, payroll administration, and bookkeeping practices.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as shift management and administrative tasks.Join us as a Customer Service Store Manager if you're ready to lead with energy, develop your team's potential, and create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back!
