Job Description
A company is looking for a Customer Service Surge Supervisor who must reside in Texas. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Surge Representatives during project-specific surges Ensure compliance with Federal Title IV-D regulations and company policies while handling complex inquiries Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development for staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of supervisory experience in customer service or call center operations Knowledge of customer service policies and procedures, particularly related to Child Support Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet operational needs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
