Position: Customer Services Administrator Compensation: $20/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 4:30PM (hours may flex based on business needs) Interview: Onsite interviews required Pre-employment: Background check and drug test mandatory prior to employment Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage order entry and backorder tracking in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have proven office and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook), and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and customers. This position supports order management, administrative functions, and process improvements. Responsibilities Enter and manage new orders and backorders in the order management system Collect and communicate ETA information to customers File, organize, and maintain paperwork accurately Work directly with sales staff and customers to resolve inquiries Plan and coordinate shipments for both fleet and less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries Print and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) Support special projects and drive process improvements Deliver a variety of general office and administrative services as needed Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 3–5 years of experience in office-based customer service, clerical, or administrative roles, with specific experience in order management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to set, prioritize, and track multiple tasks Effective oral and written communication skills for client and team interaction Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively within a team Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and web browsers Solid math skills and business administrative knowledge As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
