Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Specialists to join our team, This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, providing excellent service, and working in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Include Greet clients, customers, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism, and efficiency to the right department Respond to client inquiries via chat, phone and email with care, maintaining confidentiality at all times Schedule and confirm client appointments, consultations and meetings Make proactive calls to customers & prospects as directed to ensure customer satisfaction while promoting new/additional services. Makes follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and/or e-mail. Tracks, prioritizes and coordinates requests for quotes and preparing proposals. Provide answers to daily customer correspondence. Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable talking with people daily Must be highly organized and can work independently.
