Most Customer Success roles are just answering support tickets with a fancier title. This one isn't. We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist at ZenMaid — fully remote, $60–70k, US timezone. As a company our goal is to make maid services successful and you'd be on the front lines. You'd spend your days talking to maid service business owners: people who started with a mop and built something real, and are now drowning in scheduling, billing, and admin. Your job is to show them how ZenMaid fixes that with demos, follow-ups, and actual conversations, not scripts. This role is for the CS person who treats their pipeline like it's their business and our clients like family. That balance is rare, and it's exactly what we're looking for. Someone who follows up because they genuinely want to know how it went. Who already uses AI to work faster and can't imagine going back to doing it the slow way. This job is not for you if you need a fully defined process or someone to tell you when to follow up. About ZenMaid ZenMaid is bootstrapped, profitable, ~30 people worldwide.
