Tinley Park, IL Growing food-grade logistics and warehousing company seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Customer Support Coordinator to support customer communication, office workflow, and warehouse coordination. This is a fast-paced position that works closely with customers, warehouse operations, and office staff to help ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails and assist with customer support requests Coordinate and prepare paperwork Assist with inventory-related communication and issue follow-up Help coordinate occasional on-site customer visits Answer phones and assist visitors and general office activity Support communication between office and warehouse teams Assist with operational tracking, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills (email, phone, and in person) Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and web-based systems Prior customer service or office coordination experience preferred Ability to problem-solve and work independently Preferred Traits Self-motivated Reliable and dependable Comfortable interacting with customers professionally Strong sense of urgency and accountability Team-oriented with a positive attitude Compensation Full-time position Monday–Friday daytime schedule Clean, organized, professional office and warehouse environment with a strong focus on teamwork and operational excellence.
