About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll work directly with individuals participating in a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress. You’ll be a reliable point of contact who helps ensure each person’s experience is smooth, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish.
