Immediate opening for a full time Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our team.This role will involve providing exceptional customer service in person, as well as support via phone and email, to our valued customers.Successful candidates will have exceptional customer service, technical help desk support experience, computer hardware and software troubleshooting abilities, and networking troubleshooting skills.$18-$20 hourly depending on experience.Excellent benefits including 401K, Health and Life Insurance and an on-site work out facility.Send your resume, cover letter and salary requirements.Only electronic submissions will be accepted.Molalla Communications is an EOE.Essential Job Functions:Understands & troubleshoot IP Network Install & troubleshoot wireless IP Network Responds to trouble reports by analyzing trouble reports; utilizing test equipment; making repairs and recording results; coding out trouble tickets Maintains customer relations by making contact with customers to clarify service needs and explain methods to be used to complete service requirements; scheduling appointments, installing service and clearing troubles to satisfy customer needs Maintains safe work environment by keeping work areas neat and clean and utilizing OSHA, and industry safety practices Maintains technical knowledge by on-the-job training, certifications, and attending educational or vendor learning opportunities Maintains and safely operates a company vehicle for work assignments All duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting residential Wi-Fi networks Understand and troubleshoot IP network.Install & troubleshoot wireless IP network Knowledge in application of Ethernet Possess and maintain a valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - PC and windows software Good verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and communication skills - for both internal and external customers Benefit Conditions:Only full-time employees eligible Communication method(s) used:Email Phone Chat In person Work Remotely No Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Customer support:1 year (Preferred) Technical support:1 year (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) Location:Molalla, OR 97038 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
