Manager, Client Tech Ops About the Role: Our client, a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS company in the healthcare space, is seeking a Manager of CT Operations to lead and scale a critical operations function. This role sits at the center of the business, responsible for ensuring operational performance, team effectiveness, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a highly visible role that requires a balance of people leadership, operational execution, and process optimization . The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations across a high-volume environment, ensuring performance against SLAs, quality standards, and delivery timelines Manage, coach, and develop a team, driving accountability, consistency, and strong execution Own operational metrics including throughput, accuracy, and efficiency; identify trends and implement improvements Evaluate and optimize workflows, processes, and systems to increase scalability and reduce inefficiencies Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client-facing teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes Act as an escalation point for operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption Build reporting and visibility into operations performance for leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations leadership roles (healthcare, SaaS, RCM, or similar industries preferred) Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong understanding of operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment Preferred Experience Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or claims processing Background working in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations Familiarity with tools and systems used to manage operational workflows and reporting Why Join Opportunity to make a direct impact on a critical function within a growing organization Collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong leadership support Fully remote work environment
