Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute migration from Broadcom Proxy (Blue Coat/Symantec) to Netskope Secure Web Gateway Engineer and deploy proxy policies in Netskope SWG Partner with application teams to understand traffic flows and security requirements Troubleshoot user and non-user traffic issues during migration Build and implement secure web gateway policies Support and resolve proxy-related incidents Document configurations, processes, and migration steps Manage multiple concurrent migrations under timeline pressure Provide technical guidance to business and application stakeholders Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with: Broadcom Proxy (Blue Coat / Symantec Proxy) Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Proven migration experience between proxy platforms (Broadcom to Netskope strongly preferred) Experience deploying and engineering proxy policies Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills Experience working with both operations and engineering functions Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences) Strong documentation and organizational skills
