A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead and support their cybersecurity team while overseeing operations and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team while overseeing daily operations and performance metrics Oversee managed cybersecurity services delivery, ensuring timely incident response and conducting risk assessments Participate in incident detection, vulnerability assessments, and maintain compliance with healthcare security frameworks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5-8+ years of cybersecurity operations experience with 2-3+ years in a leadership role Strong experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management tools Hands-on experience with incident response and forensic analysis Knowledge of healthcare security frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST
