Job Description
FUNCTION: This position will conduct cycle counts and assist in the reconciliation of all inventory and cycle count variances. Coordinates with Inventory Manager/Supervisor and Operations personnel to systemically record cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy. Other tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required: Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently is required. Good communication skills Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant Inventory experience HS School Diploma Experience in conducting cycle counts using tablet, Scanner Move product as required to facilitate cycle counts Forklift exp preferred but not required Work closely with the Inventory Manager/Supervisor and Cycle Counter II Basic knowledge of Microsoft Programs, (i.e. Excel, Outlook Word). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to work in a cross-functional Team environment Experience in the following elements desired: Experience in cycle counting and operation of material handling equipment. Must be detailed oriented Must be to identify damaged, faded and altered materials Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow-up on reporting Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills Internal Auditing and Control PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
