Job SummaryJoin our team as a Dairy Farm Worker and become a vital part of a thriving agricultural operation dedicated to animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.In this role, you will be responsible for caring for dairy cattle and calves, maintaining farm equipment, and supporting daily farm operations.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure the health of the animals and the efficiency of the farm's processes.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in animal husbandry, equipment maintenance, and farm management.Duties Assist with daily animal care routines including feeding, cleaning, watering, milking, and monitoring health status of dairy cattle Use your stockmanship skills to move cattle to the milking parlor for milking Clean cattle pens Operate farm machinery Feed calves Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, milking stations, storage areas, and surrounding farm environment Skills Proven experience in agricultural or farm settings or ability to be trained Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery Extensive animal husbandry skills including animal care, handling, stockmanship, and health monitoring or ability to be trained Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and hours working outdoors or in livestock facilities Basic math skills for record keeping and measurement tasks Understanding of agriculture principles including crop cultivation, irrigation management, and sustainable farming practices This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to expand their expertise in dairy farming while contributing to a caring environment that values teamwork.We are committed to providing a supportive workplace where your skills grow alongside the success of our farm operations.Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
