Responsibilities Develop and implement dance lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to students Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their dance skills Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Manage student behavior and maintain discipline during dance classes Collaborate with other dance instructors and staff to coordinate performances and events Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, etc. Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff Proficiency in behavior management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting Knowledge of theater arts or experience in theatrical productions is a plus We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor who can inspire students through the art of dance.
