Role Description As a part-time, remote Data Entry Analyst at Old Tom Capital, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing data integrity across various platforms. Key tasks include accurately inputting and updating data, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, organizing data sets, and generating reports as needed. You will collaborate to ensure data alignment with internal standards and provide support for team members requiring data analysis or reporting assistance. Qualifications Proficiency in data entry, data validation, and data management tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Familiarity with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, data software, and reporting platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and communication skills Relevant experience in data analysis or administration is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
