Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Analyst. The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and managing data across various systems. Daily tasks include organizing data records, conducting data quality checks, preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information handled. Collaboration with team members to meet project deadlines and adherence to organizational standards will also be key components of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in data entry and data management skills, with high attention to detail Familiarity with data verification, data quality assurance, and related software applications Ability to analyze and interpret data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently Proficient use of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and data management tools Previous experience in a data-related role or administrative position is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred
