Title: Data Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Worldwide) – 3 Openings Location: Remote (Work from anywhere) Employment type: Contract / Freelance About the role We’re looking for three meticulous, self-driven Data Acquisition Specialists to source and compile the raw text, structured lists, and other suitable datasets that will directly train our six AI modules. Your work will be the foundation for how these models understand language, organize information, and respond to real-world queries. If you enjoy flexible, independent tasks, have a knack for finding and formatting written content, and care about detail and accuracy, this role is for you. No analysis is needed. What you’ll do Source and capture texts, lists, and any appropriate data based on clear project briefs, tailored to the unique needs of our 6 AI training modules. Compile data into simple, consistent structures, so it can be fed straight into our training pipelines. Follow straightforward collection guidelines to ensure data variety, quality, and compliance with privacy and fair-use requirements. Organize and upload all collected data to our secure platform by agreed deadlines. Flag any missing formats or collection challenges to the project lead, helping us continuously refine the briefs. What we’re looking for Reliable internet connection and basic computer literacy (ability to work with text files, spreadsheets, or simple online forms). Ability to carefully follow written instructions and maintain consistent formatting standards. Attention to detail and a methodical approach. You can spot a misplaced comma, a duplicated entry, or a list that doesn’t fit the brief. Self-discipline to work independently with minimal supervision. Reasonable fluency in written English (to understand project guides and evaluate the data you collect). Nice to have (not required) Additional language skills (Arabic - Different Dialects): We sometimes need multilingual lists and texts.
