Location: Remote (Canada Toronto Hybrid Option Available) Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in SQL, Python, and Data Quality/Validation to support analytics, reporting, experimentation, and data product initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data engineering to deliver scalable and business-ready data solutions. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of experience in SQL, Python, or Analytics tools Strong expertise in SQL (data analysis, validation, reporting) Working knowledge of Python Experience with QA, UAT, and data validation processes Understanding of data modeling and analytics workflows Experience working with large datasets and dashboards Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting data-driven decision-making Key Responsibilities Own analytics datasets, dashboards, and reporting deliverables Perform QA/UAT testing for datasets, dashboards, and pipelines Define validation rules, test plans, and acceptance criteria Analyze and validate datasets using SQL and Python Identify trends, insights, and data quality issues Support marketing analytics and experimentation initiatives Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to resolve data issues Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Maintain documentation for metrics, business logic, and standards Nice to Have Exposure to cloud data platforms Experience with customer or marketing data Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools
