Data Analyst – Job Description Company: HANVOK Group Location: Remote / Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business insights Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis Work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Ensure data accuracy and maintain database integrity Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems Present findings and recommendations to management Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio preferred Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience working with business intelligence tools Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems Knowledge of data modeling and reporting techniques
