Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Architect a comprehensive B2B measurement framework balancing the dual-sided ecosystem of Buyers and Sellers. Own the data strategy for the full customer lifecycle, from Awareness to Loyalty. Develop executive dashboards for a unified, actionable view of acquisition performance, channel efficiency, and funnel conversion. Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle across CDP, BI, DWaaS, SMS, and ESP platforms. Analyze the effectiveness of Web/SEO, SMS, and Email channels in driving user progression through the marketplace funnel. Provide strategic insights to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention for both buyers and sellers. What You'll Need Minimum of 5-7 years in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Performance Marketing at a manager level. Deep expertise in lead funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) management. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Domo, AWS, dbt, Python, and advanced SQL. Expert understanding of web tracking (GA4, GTM) and API integrations. Strong working knowledge of web/data privacy requirements, including ITP, GDPR, and CCPA.
