Lead complex cross-functional workgroups, representing Medicare Quality as senior analytics expert. Conduct rapid proof-of-concept prototypes assessing viability of new quality improvement methodologies and analytics solutions. Partner with teams such as CQA, Enterprise Analytics, Provider Partnerships, and Clinical Programs to ensure consistency, validity, and scalability of analytic assets. Mentor senior, consultant, and experienced analysts enterprise-wide; provide expert-level technical and analytic leadership.
