Job Description
Applicant must be located in North Carolina We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst & Research Coordinator to join our team. This mostly remote role combines data analysis, survey management, and research coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, launching and managing surveys, organizing research projects, and turning findings into actionable insights. This is a mostly remote position requiring in-office training for the first few weeks and possible quarterly in-office days. Responsibilities Launch, manage, and monitor surveys and research projects Collect, organize, clean, and analyze large datasets Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights Prepare reports and summaries for internal teams and clients Maintain databases and data collection systems Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across projects Recruit and coordinate research participants when needed Track project progress and communicate updates to management Work with team members to improve workflows and reporting processes Support music and consumer research initiatives through data analysis and field coordination Qualifications Strong Excel skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Experience with data analysis, survey platforms, or research projects preferred Familiarity with statistical or reporting tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in research, consumer insights, or music industry data is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus Education Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing Research, or a related field Benefits Paid time off Flexible remote work environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to work on unique music and consumer research projects Schedule Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1-2 hours of remote weekend work every 5 weeks.
