As part of our High Voltage Products Business Unit, the Data Analytics Engineer position will play a key role in delivering quality solutions that support grid modernization and sustainability. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing teams, analyze customer feedback, and implement quality methodologies that ensure our products meet the highest standards. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You’ll Make An Impact Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures Lead change management processes for product and process modifications Interpret quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams Provide training on process performance monitoring and improvement Your Background We are looking for talented professionals to be based in Mount Pleasant PA, with diverse backgrounds. Our ideal candidate is as follows: Able to address promptly and effectively quality issues in order to eliminate or reduce their impact, ensuring customer satisfaction. Certification or experience in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in Quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module Prior experience working with SAP S4/HANA Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts Bachelor's degree and experience in Business Operations and quality processes.
