Job Description Oracle Health Advance is a customer-facing analytics platform that helps healthcare organizations identify improvement opportunities by comparing clinician efficiency and adoption metrics to peer benchmarks, presenting actionable insights via dynamic visualizations, and enabling collaborative, data-driven improvement projects across the enterprise. Candidates must be US Citizens and be able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance. Responsibilities As a Data Architect on the Oracle Health Advance research and development team, you will develop analytics that power our next-generation electronic health record insights platform, leveraging data from Oracle Health's new electronic health record and integrated suite of clinical AI agents. You'll be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse health data, and developing advanced visualizations that drive continuous improvement in clinical workflows. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to turn complex healthcare and performance data into actionable intelligence that supports targeted user interventions, benchmarking, and high-impact organization-wide projects. Your expertise will help shape actionable metrics and management tools that improve outcomes and deliver measurable value to clinicians and healthcare organizations across the globe. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
