Job Description
As a Data Center Lead at GXO Logistics, you will oversee mission-critical data center operations that power our transportation and logistics networks. You will lead a small technical team to ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure supporting supply chain, warehouse, and transportation systems. Partnering closely with supply chain, logistics, and procurement stakeholders, you’ll manage incidents, changes, and upgrades, optimize capacity, and implement best practices. You’ll promote GXO’s culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and supporting global logistics operations.
