Job Description
We are building an AI computing data center on a 62-acre site in Greater Atlanta, with a signed power agreement with Georgia Power. We're looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead facility buildout and ongoing operations. Responsibilities: Oversee daily data center operations and facilities management Coordinate with Georgia Power on power delivery and compliance Manage GPU server infrastructure, cooling, networking, and physical security Develop SOPs, maintenance schedules, and incident response protocols Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and construction teams Support external compute leasing operations and client onboarding Requirements: 5+ years in data center operations or facilities management Experience with high-density GPU server environments preferred Knowledge of power systems, UPS, cooling (CRAC/CRAH), and structured cabling Strong project management and vendor coordination skills Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) a plus Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
