Data Center Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Center Project Manager to lead complex data center construction and upgrade projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools, tracking progress and adjusting timelines proactively Manage construction estimating processes, including cost analysis and resource allocation, to optimize project budgets Oversee subcontractor and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and safety requirements Review blueprints, schematics, and system design documents to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation Coordinate electrical engineering activities, including system design and NEC (National Electrical Code) compliance for electrical installations Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam software for project documentation, communication, and collaboration among stakeholders Conduct regular project meetings to update teams on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones Ensure all work adheres to construction management best practices while maintaining a focus on quality control and safety standards Skills Extensive experience with construction site management within data center or similar high-tech environments Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, schematics reading, and electrical experience in construction projects Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam Solid understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract management processes Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with system design principles Expertise in NEC regulations and other relevant electrical codes for data center infrastructure Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on time management and resource allocation Proven track record in construction management, project coordination, and delivering projects on time within budget constraints Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Electrical engineering background combined with hands-on construction site experience enhances technical decision-making capabilities Join us as a Data Center Project Manager to lead transformative projects that power the future of digital infrastructure.
