Description:Pete DeLuke & Associates, is looking for a Data Clerk that has an experience in conjunction of the Company's new ERP system NetSuite.The hours would be 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday for 6-9 months Requirements:Parts Call-Center Data entry Convert quotes to sales order Enter simple sales orders (no validation is required) Item creation Create new inventory items Create Field service assets Customer follow-up Provide order updates and tracking information Service Call-Center Invoice Requests Printing and emailing invoices Service Reports Printing and emailing service reports Onsite Service Visit Requests (no troubleshooting required) Creating a case/task and routing it to the appropriate local office Technician Status Inquiries Reviewing the schedule board to provide updates or forwarding inquiries to the local office as needed.
