Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in Mainframe systems, PL/SQL, and ETL development. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on exposure to large-scale data environments and enterprise-grade systems, with a focus on performance, reliability, and collaboration within agile teams. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics with 6+ years of relevant experience Master's degree is preferred Core Technical Requirements Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL with proven ability to develop and optimize complex SQL queries Extensive experience working as a Mainframe Developer, including COBOL-based systems Hands-on exposure to ETL architecture, design, and development Proven experience handling and processing large data volumes Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques, including SQL tuning and system-level tuning Systems & Platform Experience Experience designing for system resiliency and stability, including familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles Working knowledge of large, complex enterprise system architectures Exposure to distributed application development concepts; experience with Java, .NET, or Python is considered an advantage Proficiency in shell scripting Strong experience working in Linux-based environments DevOps & Delivery Practices Knowledge of CI/CD processes, tools, and best practices Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Stash, Artifactory, or similar Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies or prior experience working in Agile teams Soft Skills & Collaboration Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize and explain technical concepts Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including globally distributed team members Founded in 2014, is a global leader in delivering innovative IT solutions and services.
