Data Entry / Accounts Receivable Associate Fashion Apparel Company We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing fashion company team. This role is responsible for accurately entering sales orders, processing invoices and payments, maintaining customer account records, managing EDI transactions, and assisting with shipping coordination and accounts receivable follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and detail-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced apparel environment while collaborating with sales, production, shipping, and design teams. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain sales orders and customer information Process invoices, payments, and account updates in QuickBooks Manage EDI orders, invoices, and chargeback-related communications Coordinate shipping documentation, routing requests, and order status updates Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with inventory tracking and shipping coordination Communicate professionally with customers, warehouses, and internal teams Support seasonal tracking and maintain awareness of product timelines Qualifications Prior experience in data entry and accounts receivable required Experience with EDI systems and wholesale retailer compliance preferred Shipping/logistics experience within the apparel industry preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced fashion environment Preferred Qualities Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines during busy seasonal periods Position Details Full-time position Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Vision insurance Work Location: In person
