Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent clerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, Weekends off, 8am - 5pm Responsibilities Corrects issues with driver's logs on system.Collecting all paperwork for all loads.Scanning documents in the appropriate order Check rates for each load based on company, miles, checking times are correct, gross, net and destination.Knowledge of Quickbooks, Open Invoice, Gemini, Ironsight Flipping Invoices Individually send all invoices to each client when necessary.Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in using office software and systems for data management.Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining data quality and accuracy.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
