Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital information. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties Enter data meticulously into databases, spreadsheets, and management systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Maintain accurate records by filing documents electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval. Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately. Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record-keeping. Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams and external clients with clerical needs and data requests. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, ideally with medical or dental receptionist background preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with proofreading documents is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Experience with office management systems such as multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems. Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles that require professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
