This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working with financial and project-related data in a fast-paced environment. About The Company Well-established construction organization with a strong reputation for quality work and long-term client relationships Currently undergoing a major system implementation to enhance efficiency and improve operational workflows Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Offers stability within a growing organization that values employee contributions and collaboration Committed to investing in better systems and processes to support long-term growth and scalability Data Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain project and financial data within company systems The Data Entry Specialist will support data migration and validation efforts during system implementation Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Assist with reconciling discrepancies and correcting data entry errors The Data Entry Specialist will maintain organized digital records and documentation Collaborate with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate data flow Generate basic reports and assist with data extraction as needed The Data Entry Specialist will provide general administrative and data support to the operations team What We’re Looking For in a Data Entry Specialist 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus) Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills Experience with Vista Viewpoint is a huge plus Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt during process changes Strong Excel and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why This Opportunity?
