Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team at a fast paced livestock auction and provide excellent customer service to our clients.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to all customers.Listen to customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.Data Entry of Sales tickets Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction.Receive payments and do customer billing for our clients Job Type:Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience:Microsoft Excel:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
