It requires strong communication with Account Managers and Vessel Coordinators, timely processing of releases and inbounds, and real-time documentation of daily tasks. The position also participates in weekly and weekend on-call rotations and performs additional duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality with all information provided• Follows all safety rules and policies and reports any safety issues• Provide quality service, maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, exhibit professionalism and a strong work ethic• Possess a thorough understanding of the terminals' operating capabilities and processes• Develop and maintain clear communications with each Account Manager and Vessel Coordinator to understand their needs, directions, and special requirements • Enter Customer Releases, Inbounds, Uploads
